Preferred Nursing, Inc. provides daily, contract and permanent healthcare staffing solutions. We recruit, source, screen, test and administratively manage the very highest quality personnel. Our roster includes registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, certified nursing assistants, medical assistants, respiratory therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and surgical techs.

 Per Diem Staffing
Per Diem placements range from 1 day to 4 weeks in duration, allowing our clients to effectively and efficiently manage census fluctuations due to case load increases, vacations, maternity leaves, FMLA, expansion and new unit development.

 Contract Staffing
Contract placements are typically 4 weeks or longer in duration and are intended to promote continuity of patient care and guaranteed staff coverage while still offering the benefits of per diem staffing.

 Temp-to-Perm Staffing
Through this service option, we assign a temporary employee to a client for a trial period with the expectation that the assignment may lead to a permanent position. We perform all recruiting, screening and administrative management leading up to the transition to direct employment with the client.

 Permanent Placements
With permanent placements we recruit, screen, test and present only qualified candidates with the skill sets and experience that meet your “key to hire” requirements.

 Project-Based Recruiting
